Fix1: Change the USB Port

If you get the message while installing Windows, you can solve the issue with an easy solution by changing the USB port. It’s something like that you would switch the installation media to the USB 2.0 port from the USB 3.0.

After switching, you have to try to install the Windows Operating System. The device driver might be found then. In case, if it is not found, you would try the next fix.

Fix 2: Set the Partition Active

Another reason behind the issue can be partition deactivtity. Let have a check by following the steps chronologically to fix it.

After injecting the installation device into the port, you need to restart your computer. You have to follow the direction to enter into the boot menu. You will see it on the interface.  You will get the Windows installation layout on the screen. Then you have to select language and press ‘Next’.

Step 2

Here, you will find the ‘Repair your computer‘ option on the left bottom. You need to click on it,

Step 3

After entering into the option, you have to choose ‘Troubleshoot‘ among other sections.

Step 4

Here you will find the ‘Advanced option‘. You have to go inside the section.

Step 5

There will be several categories on the screen interface. You need to select ‘Command Prompt‘ here.

It will be a good sign if it works. But you may need to move for the next fix if it doesn’t work.

Fix 3: Create A New Partition

Creating a new partition can be another fix for the ‘drivers not found’ issue while installing the Windows. Let check the steps-

The device driver can’t be found because of the bootable device you injecting to install windows. You can fix it by creating a new bootable device. I will describe it step by step.
